BARBUDO is made with a pigeage system following our philosophy of maximum extraction with minimum intervention. All transfers have been made with a low speed peristaltic pump. Three and a half months have passed in fine-grained second-year French oak barrels.
Serve between 14 and 18 degrees.
Due to its natural production, at first it is a shy wine that has to be oxygenated and take temperature to say the best.

Grape: 100% Tempranillo. Extreme vineyard
It is a cherry-colored wine with bluish edges, with a good layer of color and it is clean and bright.
On the nose it has a medium-high intensity, the fresh notes of blackberry jam stand out, and subtle notes of wood (vanilla, brioche, roasted and some spices).
With a dry attack, it fills the mouth with a noble tannin that, although it shows in the mouth, is not aggressive. Balanced in the mouth, it presents good persistence and structure.
